Please take some time to read the following information before filling out the nomination form linked below. If you have any questions about the nominating process please email

Upper Room Board Vision

The purpose of the Upper Room board is to serve the Lead Team and staff of Upper Room, providing prayer, support and oversight. The board supports the Lead Team and staff by speaking into the vision and direction of Upper Room as well as the ongoing activities of the community. The board’s specific duties include, approving the annual Upper Room budget, providing input to major decisions and new initiatives, and advising on staffing. The board also acts as a liaison between the community and staff, providing feedback to the staff regarding things that we see and hear within the community. In our regular meetings, the board offers ideas, feedback, and strategic thinking, in addition to providing ongoing accountability and prayerful support of the staff and community.
