The week of April 11th, we are excited to highlight and support the work of our Community Partner, Every Meal. You may know the organization by their old name The Sheridan Story. Please join us on Sunday, April 11th and then again on April 14th or 15th as we address the impacts and realities of food insecurity here in the Twin Cities.

Join us on Sunday, April 11th during our weekly 5pm worship gathering for a night of worship and interactive learning. We will begin with our normal live stream (via YouTube or Facebook) for worship. And then we will move to Zoom for an opportunity to hear from Every Meal as we wrestle with the impacts of food insecurity through a combination of interactive learning and guided group sharing - engaging our hearts and minds along the way.

ABOUT EVERY MEAL (formerly The Sheridan Story)

The mission of Every Meal is to fight child hunger through community and school partnerships. Through a network of community partners, they work hard to get food to children who live in food insecurity, which means they don't always know when they'll get their next meal. Every Meal strives to make a difference in children's lives by focusing on food "gaps" - the times when children aren't at school to access meal programs. They have had tremendous growth in the last ten years, going from serving one school with a weekend food program to serving over 10,000 children across more than 400 locations through multiple food gap programs. But with over 300,000 kids in Minnesota who don't have enough to eat, their work is not done. And neither is ours!
