5pm Sundays

Join us via Zoom

Liturgy

an Upper Room communal worship experience.

The word liturgy literally means “the work of the people,” and connotes an active participation in worship which serves in the flourishing of all God’s creation. Over the next five weeks, we're inviting you to participate in the elements of worship in a small group community, through a combination of virtual and socially distanced in-person gatherings. We recognize that everyone has different levels of risk tolerance when it comes to connecting in person right now and we are hopeful we can hold that tension for our community. So as we step into this new way of worshipping together, here are three options for you to consider:

Hosting a Small Group in Person

For individuals and families hosting the gathering - please check out this PDF with some suggested guidelines and important questions. We would love to know if you are hosting! Take a moment and let us know by filling out this form. This will help us if we send out any additional communication to Liturgy hosts.

Looking for a Small Group to Join in Person
If you would like our help in connecting with other UR community members - please fill out this short form and we will connect you with some options based on geographical location and level of risk tolerance.

Staying Completely Virtual
We recognize that everyone has different levels of risk tolerance when it comes to connecting in person right now and for that reason we will continue to offer an all-virtual option with virtual small group gatherings available via Zoom.

Don't Forget

Each Sunday we will be celebrating communion and using a Liturgy Guide. So grab your elements (bread and juice/wine) and make sure the guide is accessible via phone, tablet, or even print it out beforehand.
